Speaking before a small gathering of entertainment reporters in Universal City, Kutscher announced that he volunteered to step down so the role can be given to Democratic Congressman Anthony Weiner. "Weiner is the real deal," said Kutscher. "He follows hot babes on Twitter, refuses to answer questions and even called a CNN reporter a jackass, AND he is in the middle of a real Charlie Sheen-like meltdown in which he called the police on a CBS reporter who asked him for an interview. People are talking up a storm about him and not me, so he is a better fit for the role of Charlie Harper."
Rep Weiner appeared on the steps of Capitol Hill flanked by two "goddesses", waving a machete and drinking from a jug of red liquid labeled "Tiger Blood" to confirm that he will take the role on the popular CBS TV series. "We're moving the setting to Washington, after Charlie Harper is elected to Congress from Malibu," said Weiner. "Other than that, it will basically be the same show."

With the Weiner having such a “hard” time lately, he has to have the dirtiest hands in Washington. This guy is done there is NO WAY he can come back. I don’t think even Hollywood wants him, but wait, he could have a huge career in the porn world. We have to give it to him, no viagra needed. Probably can do 12 hour takes, likes to show himself off, seems to have all the lines down. Just think of the countless titles.

Weiner could be the “half” man.
If Ashton’s character isn’t Charlie Harper but a long lost brother, I can see him being a politician. He would need a no-work high paying job, like a jingle writer, and what better than a politician. Seriously. He could be the same womanizing drunk with no morals.
I can’t wait to see what the story line will be, but I don’t see a future for the show. You can’t replace Charlie Sheen.

Yes, the sad part is Charlie Sheen is a good actor. Another talent ruined by drugs and Alcohol. You would think with all the examples of other actors/actresses ruined by drugs and alcohol they would learn something but none of them have the brains of a goose so I suppose that is the reason.
